He graduated in 1990 from Reinhardt College with a degree in Business Management, a foundation that has been instrumental in shaping his approach to sales and client relations.

Before joining AELMI, David had already amassed over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry, owning and operating his own landscape company in the 1990s. His responsibilities during this period included managing a portfolio of ten to twenty properties, both commercial and residential. This experience endowed him with invaluable insights into the landscaping business and customer service excellence.

David’s professional background is further enriched by his tenure at Delta Air Lines from 1990 to 2005. As a Supervisor/Duty Manager, he was involved in Public Contact and Ramp Operations for both International and Domestic flights. His role at Delta honed his skills in public relations, operational management, and team leadership. He was responsible for ensuring smooth, on-time operations and addressing public relations issues, enhancing his problem-solving and customer service skills.

Additionally, at Delta, David played a key role in managing monthly and quarterly results across the entire account base, reporting to division managers and directors. His leadership extended to overseeing 20 to 300 employees in various operational roles, from loading and fueling to managing super tug operations and weight and balance procedures.
