From 2018 to 2023, he managed thirteen Gwinnett County Parks, showcasing his ability to handle large-scale projects with efficiency and precision. His tenure as Grounds Maintenance Coordinator for three years within this period further highlights his skills in overseeing critical tasks such as mowing, fertilization, and general maintenance.

His professional qualifications are a testament to his commitment to the field. Matt is a Certified Arborist (Certification ID SO-10330A), a credential he earned on August 30, 2019, which underscores his expertise in tree care and maintenance. Additionally, he holds a GSWCC Level 1A Certification, which demonstrates his knowledge and skills in soil and water conservation practices. Matt is also certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring safety and preparedness in all his endeavors.
